Regulations for consultations and training organized by Irixlens brand Ambassadors via irixlens.club


  •  

    § 1. General provisions
    1. The organizer of trainings and consultations ("Events") is Q Media Renata Adamczyk company, based in Cracow, on Nad Potokiem 25/28 street, 30-830 Cracow (e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”).
    2. The events are conducted in the form of lectures and discussions on photographic topics in order to gain new knowledge by the participants.
    3. Trainings and consultations are held on-line in the form of a webinar and in person in the form of workshops in selected places.
    4. A participant of the events organized by the Organizer is every person whose participation has been confirmed by the Organizer after sending the application form or, for example, by a separate agreement.
    5. Depending on the type of event, they are available in a paid and free form. This information is directly included in the announcement of a given event.

    § 2. Rights and obligations of the Participant
    1. The participant may register for the event via a dedicated website by completing and sending the application form.
    2. The deadline for sending the application for participation in the event, in the case of on-line training, expires at the latest by the commencement of the training.
    3. The date of receipt of the application form by the Organizer shall be the date of submission of the application.
    4. The number of places at events is limited. More information can be found on the pages directly next to the information about a given event.
    5. In the case of on-line training, the Participant confirms participation in the training by registering for the webinar.
    6. The Participant may resign from participation in the event at any time, but the costs incurred by the Participant for the purchase of participation in the event will not be reimbursed.
    7. When submitting the registration application, the Event Participant confirms that he has read and accepts these Regulations and undertakes to participate in the event on the terms specified therein.

    § 3. The rights and obligations of the Organizer
    1. In the event that, due to random reasons, the event could not take place on the agreed date, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the event or propose another date. In this case, the Participant will be notified immediately via the irixlens.club website, electronically or via the platform on which the event is organized.
    2. The course of events may be recorded and made available, inter alia, on the websites of the Irixlens brand to an unlimited audience in order to popularize the knowledge, content of the event and the brand. Questions asked by Participants may be made available, however, Participants' personal data will be anonymised.

    § 4. Copyright
    1. The training materials were developed by the Ambassadors and the Irixlens brand and are protected by copyright.
    2. These materials may be distributed against payment and free of charge, with the clause indicating that the copyrights belong to the Ambassadors and the Irixlens brand.
    3. Copying and disseminating training materials for commercial purposes is prohibited.

    § 5. Personal data

    2. Participants' personal data will be processed for the purpose of organizing and conducting events, in particular for the purpose of communicating with Participants.
    3. The processing of personal data will include the following data: name and surname and e-mail address. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide them results in the inability to participate in the events.

    5. Please be advised that the personal data provided to the Organizer by the Participants, in connection with the application for participation in the events, will be collected for the proper conduct of the events, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU, L.2016.119.1) - Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b; the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data.
    6. The administrator will store the Participant's personal data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims related to the event.
    7. The Administrator will transfer the Participant's personal data only to its suppliers, to whom it has commissioned services related to the processing of personal data, e.g. IT service provider, accounting service provider, legal service provider. All entities to which the Participant's personal data will be transferred will process it on the basis of an agreement with the Administrator and only in accordance with the Administrator's instructions.
    8. The participant has the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
      • the right to access your personal data,
      • the right to request the rectification of your personal data,
      • the right to request the deletion of your personal data and withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, in cases provided for by law, Objecting to the processing of personal data by the Participant during the event, will be considered the Participant's withdrawal from the event.
      • the right to object to the processing of your personal data due to your special situation - in cases where the Administrator will process personal data on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interest,
      • the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
      • the right to transfer your personal data, i.e. the right to receive from the Administrator your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable IT format. You can send this data to another data administrator or request the Administrator to send this data to another administrator. The administrator will make such a transfer if it is technically possible. The right to transfer personal data is granted to the Participant only with regard to the personal data processed by the Administrator in connection with the concluded contract. The participant may exercise the rights referred to above by contacting the Administrator in accordance with the data provided in paragraph 1 or 4 above.
    9. The event participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body, if he considers that the processing of personal data in the scope of this consent violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016. The supervisory body is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
    10. The Participant's personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
    11. The Participant's personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling).

    § 6. Final provisions
    1. These Regulations shall apply to the Participant and the Organizer from the date of registering the Participant at the event until the Organizer performs all activities related to the event.
